An Oconto Falls Police officer wounded in a shooting is now recuperating at home.
Authorities say the officer was responding to a call on Elm Avenue on Friday when he was shot. Oconto Falls Police Chief Brad Olson says an Oconto Falls woman is in custody and facing a charge of attempted first-degree homicide. Neither her name nor the officer’s name have been released.
