Republican State Representative Janet Brandtjen says she’ll launch a review of the 2020 presidential ballots cast in Brown and Milwaukee counties.
Brandtjen has issued subpoenas looking to seize ballots and voting machines in those two counties but she might not have the authority to do that. It may be up to Speaker Robin Vos. Courts in Wisconsin have already deemed the election valid and certified the ballots cast. The Republicans next step is unclear.
