Prosecutors in Chippewa Falls will handle the case against a man accused of trying to kidnap three different women Friday afternoon.
Eau Claire Police arrested 35-year-old Cory Gudmanson Friday afternoon. Police in Chippewa Falls say he tried to snatch three women off the street, in each case the women were able to escape. Gudmanson is being held on preliminary false imprisonment and reckless endangerment charges. No one is saying why Gudmanson went on his spree, or what he planned on doing to the women.
