Eau Claire’s school bus company is looking for drivers.
Student Transit says it’s about 20 drivers short of where they were last year. The company’s Jennifer Dewitz says they need to hire drivers now in order to get them trained and certified in time for the start of school in the fall. Student Transit is not alone as bus companies across the state are short drivers. Dewitz says they are hiring.
