Wisconsin man, and his family from Texas, are looking at charges for being inside the U.S. Capitol back on January 6th. Joshua Munn, who is from Melrose, appeared in federal court in Madison yesterday.
Prosecutors are pushing ahead with charges for entering a restricted building, disruptive conduct in a restricted building and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building. There is no evidence that Munn took part in any of the violence at the Capitol that day.
Prosecutors say they used pictures from Facebook to link Munn and his family to the Capitol riot.
