A judge from Winnebago County is suspended without pay by the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
The high court ruled today that Circuit Court Judge Scott Woldt is suspended for violating rules and ethics of Judiciary conduct. The suspension begins August second. Six separate cases were cited in the high court’s decision including Woldt’s behavior during a 2015 sentencing hearing when he displayed a gun in an attempt to make a point to the defendant.
