A vehicle driving without it’s lights on in dark, early morning hours could interest a police officer.
The Eau Claire Police Department says an officer pulled over a car doing just that around 1 a.m. Thursday. They say five kids between ages 14-and-16 were cited for curfew and turned over to their parents. The curfew ordinance in Eau Claire says no minor under 17 is allowed out without a parent or guardian between midnight and five a.m.
