Summerfest is getting 10-million-dollars for not having their shows last year.
The money is coming from the Shuttered Venue Operators grant program, which is part of the national coronavirus stimulus relief package. The Rave and Eagles Ballroom will be getting nearly six-million-dollars from the same program. In all, theaters, festivals, and other live entertainment venues in Wisconsin will get over 35-million-dollars.
