Nearly 100-thousand postcards are in the mail in Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Elections Commission this week sent the postcards to voters who have not voted in years. The idea is to make sure voters are registered at their current address. The postcards ask voters to confirm they are living at that home, or register at a new address. The postcards are being sent to anyone who has not voted since 2016.
