Effective immediately, the Chippewa County Public Firearms Range located at 10495 130th Avenue, Chippewa Falls, WI is closed for all firearm usage until further notice.
The classroom will remain open for non-firearm usage, such as Hunter Safety classes. Out of an abundance of caution, the range will remain closed until the Chippewa County Sheriff’s Department is able to complete its investigation of a report of bullet holes in a pole shed of a neighboring property.
