Add Marquette University to the list of schools requiring coronavirus vaccinations for the fall.
University president Michael Lovell sent a note to students yesterday telling them that mandatory vaccinations will allow the school to have ‘a richer in-person experience’ on campus. Lovell said the science shows vaccines are safe and effective. Students who are not vaccinated will not be allowed on campus and will be dropped from their classes. Marquette is the largest college in the state to require vaccines. Beloit College and Lawrence University are also requiring vaccines for their students.
