OSHA is recommending penalties over 675-thousand-dollars against Didion Milling for it’s poor safety procedures.
Didion was cited for failure to learn from recent incidents and follow industry standards. OSHA says it cost the life of Randall Rote who died in a grain bin accident last year. In 2017 an explosion killed five workers. Didion has until June 25th to appeal the findings.
