Wisconsin has a new athletic director and it is a former Badger offensive lineman.
Chancellor Rebecca Blank announced the decision today that Chris McIntosh will become the Director of UW-Athletics, succeeding Barry Alvarez on July 1st. McIntosh was the captain of the 1999 and 2000 Rose Bowl teams and an All-American in 1999. Alvarez says McIntosh’s leadership and intelligence made him a critical member of his staff for the past several years.
