Milwaukee Public Schools is going to spend some of their stimulus money on trade courses and support for Black and Latino young men as well as LGBT and female students.
The city’s school board last night agreed to create several new programs with their stimulus money. MPS is in line to get over 720-million-dollars between now and 2024. Milwaukee school leaders say they will spend about 100-million-dollars of that money to improve the ventilation systems in schools.
