Inventory is down and prices are up as home buyers continue to search the real estate market in Wisconsin.
A newly released report by Zillow shows the typical value of homes in in Madison is valued at nearly 318-thousand-dollars. Home values in the Madison metro have risen over nine-percent over the past year and home values are up over 16-percent in Milwaukee. Green Bay’s home values are just over 175-thousand-dollars and have increased over 14-percent from a year ago.
