The case against a Dunn County father charged in his son’s death could be headed to a jury.
A judge yesterday said there is enough evidence against 28-year-old Johnathan Lucas to take the case to trial. Prosecutors say Lucas killed his six-week-old son back in February. Investigators say Lucas had been drinking that night.
