Police in Eau Claire say a 33-year-old woman exposed her two children to methamphetamines.
According to the police report, a social worker told them about the woman’s drug usage and that her three- and nine-year-old children may have been exposed. Police say the mother has a female friend who also brings drugs — including methamphetamine and heroin — into the home. The woman is identified as Brittany Cloud. She has been charged with a felony count of neglecting a child.
