Flags are flying at half-staff across the state to honor the victims of the FedEx shooting in Indianapolis.
President Joe Biden ordered flags of the United States to be lowered at all federal offices and installations until sunset on Tuesday. Governor Tony Evers followed that with an order to lower the flag of Wisconsin at all state buildings, grounds and military installations.
