Breaking ground on a new apartment complex in Eau Claire is taken care of.
The Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce joined Merge Urban Development yesterday for a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Andante Apartments downtown. The new apartments are one of many new things coming to downtown this summer.
