It’s the sign of a warm spring.
The state’s Department of Natural Resources says mosquito season has begun in Wisconsin. Researchers say the lack of late snow means more bugs are up and ready this spring. DNR says the best thing you can do is to empty your yard of any standing water so you don’t provide mosquitoes with a place to lay their eggs.
