Eau Claire County remains at a ‘very high’ risk for fire.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources says counties north of Chippewa, like Rusk, Barron, and Taylor remain at a ‘high’ risk for fire danger. The entire state of Wisconsin is under some kind of fire hazard. Emergency Management says fire is likely to be a hazard through early next week.
