Investigators in Jackson County have a name to go along with decades-old human remains.
The sheriff in Black River Falls yesterday said the remains found 40 years ago near the town of Knapp are Dennis McConn from Kenosha. He was 29-years-old when he was found in 1978. Detectives believe he was murdered.
