Very few of Wisconsin’s coronavirus vaccine doses have gone to waste.
The state’s Department of Health Services says fewer than 24-hundred of the nearly one-and-a-half-million vaccine doses given out as of last month spoiled or were thrown away. DHS says 500 of those were intentionally wasted by a pharmacist in Grafton. DHS says the overwhelming majority of vaccines are used before they expire. The states’ numbers show Aurora Medical Center in Grafton had the most spoiled doses, with 522. Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay was next with 191. CLICK HERE FOR MORE FROM WI DHS.
