34 year old James Raymond Stone, ]from White Bear Lake, MN has been arrested by the
Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th
offense.
It was on Sunday, March 14th at approximately 5:12PM, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped
James Raymond Stone for a speed violation. A subsequent investigation including a standardized field sobriety test was conducted. Stone was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 5th offence. Stone submitted to an evidentiary test and was incarcerated in the St. Croix County Jail.
