It’s likely going to be a while before Altoona’s former superintendent will be before a judge or jury.
Dan Peggs’ lawyers last week said there are 500 new videos in his child pornography case, and hundreds more texts that they have to review. Peggs is facing child porn and human trafficking charges. He was arrested and charged back in February of last year, but there’s no word on when his trial may begin.
