The murder trial of former Minneapolis Police Officer Derrick Chauvin continues today with a sixth day of jury selection.
Half of the jurors have been seated with seven more to be selected soon. Chauvin is facing second and third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter charges in the death of George Floyd. Meanwhile, the Minneapolis City Council approved a 27-million-dollar settlement for Floyd’s family late last week.
