Wisconsin is marking one year of living under coronavirus emergency orders.
It was on March 12th, 2020 that Governor Evers first issued a public health emergency order. Since then, people in Wisconsin have been ordered to wear masks, stay distanced from each other, and not to gather in crowds. Businesses in the state have had to deal with closures and all sorts of new rules for cleaning and social distance. Governor Evers yesterday said the road to recovery is ahead, but he also said Wisconsin cannot just bounce back to the way things were before.
