Attorneys are making progress in picking a jury for the trial of former Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin.
He’s the one seen on video last year holding George Floyd down until he stopped breathing. Five jurors have now been chosen and there’s still time left before day two of jury selection wrap up. But the trial could be paused once an appeals court reveals it decision on a third-degree murder charge. Opening statements begin March 29th.
