We should have a better sense today of just when Kyle Rittenhouse will go to trial in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Rittenhouse’s lawyers are supposed to tell a judge at a hearing this morning if they are ready to take the case to a jury. Rittenhouse is facing homicide and weapons charges for killing two people and wounding a third during Kenosha’s night of violence back in August. Rittenhouse’s lawyer says he fired in self defense.
