The District Attorney could consider possible neglect charges after an apartment is found uninhabitable.
Police say a maintenance worker reported the conditions after working on a water leak nearby. Police say officers responded to find a parent living with a non-verbal adult in the apartment that was covered in feces. Police say the case was sent to the Department of Human Services, the Health Department, and the District Attorney.
