A judge has tossed out the lawsuit that accused Racine County and Mount Pleasant of wasting taxpayer money on Foxconn.
The lawsuit was brought last month, and said Foxconn failed to live up to its promises to make LCD screens at its factory in Mount Pleasant. The judge dismissed the case last week. Racine County says it’s happy to have the suit in the rearview mirror and is ready to work with Foxconn.
