It’s going to be another drunk driving charge for an Eau Claire man.
The Highway Patrol says it arrested 35-year-old Tyler Smith yesterday afternoon in Dunn County. Troopers say it’s his fifth OWI arrest. Troopers also say that Smith tried to speed away after they stopped him. He didn’t get far and was taken straight to the Dunn County Jail.
