Wisconsin’s governor says kids may need to start the next school year a little earlier.
Governor Tony Evers this week suggested schools start before September 1st. The governor says kids across the state have missed-out on a lot of learning time, and they need to catch-up. The governor said about half the school districts in the state are fully open again. Others, including Milwaukee and Madison schools, have essentially been for a year.
