A plea deal in a Rusk County murder case could mean no prison time for one suspect.
Prosecutors say Tristan Shober pleaded guilty yesterday to two counts of being party to felony murder. He was 16 when police say he was with Adam Rosolowski and Joseph Falk when they killed Rosolowski’s grandparents last June. The deal could spare Shober any prison time. The D.A. says if a pre-sentencing report suggests probation, they will accept it.
