The University of Wisconsin would be the big winner under Governor Tony Evers’ building budget.
The governor yesterday unveiled a two-point-four billion-dollar plan to build dozens of university buildings, a new state government hub in Milwaukee, and a new juvenile prison. But they say most of it is a wish list that will never happen.
