We can expect for information from Eau Claire Police on a deadly shooting that happened last night in Eau Claire on the east side of the city.
As the evening went on the charges in the case were updated and the suspect, Selwyn Smith, is now facing First Degree Intentional Homicide Charges in the case.
More details are expected next week as the investigation continues.
