The Pewaukee man who plunged off the I-94 overpass Saturday morning told Good Morning America yesterday that his wheels got caught in the snow, and there was no way to stop from going over the side of the interstate. Richard Oliver says he broke his back and his legs in the fall, but he says he’s lucky to be alive. Video of his plunge has gone viral. Milwaukee County’s sheriff’s office is still investigating the crash.
