The mother and brother of the Fox River Mall shooting suspect are under arrest.
Grand Chute police say Shirina Willis and Ralph Ellis are facing charges for harboring and aiding a felon. Dezman Ellis is charged with first-degree homicide for allegedly shooting and killing Jovanni Frausto during an argument at the mall ten days ago. Ellis is being held on a one-and-a-half-million-dollar bond.
