A Manitowoc woman is jailed on a vehicular homicide charge for a crash that killed her granddaughter.
Monica Walker is being held on a ten-thousand-dollar bond following a court hearing today. Authorities say she was driving under the influence yesterday when she crashed and her car rolled over. Nine-year-old Tkyia Brewer was a passenger in her grandmother’s car and was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.
