The suspect wanted in the fatal shooting at Fox River Mall on Sunday is in custody.
Police say 17-year-old Dezman Ellis was arrested yesterday afternoon in Des Moines, Iowa. Ellis is charged on several counts, including first-degree intentional homicide in the shooting death of 19-year-old Jovanni Frausto. Investigators say the shooting in the mall’s food court stemmed from an argument over a girl Ellis used to date.
