A licensed arms dealer in Outagamie County is headed to federal prison.
The U.S. Attorney’s office today says Jerry Olson was sentenced to six months last week for selling nearly 20 silencers in Wisconsin and Minnesota without getting approval from the ATF. There is no evidence the silencers were used in a crime. Olson is a convicted felon and is prohibited from owning firearms.
