School leaders in Wausau are trying again with a 150 million-dollar-plus ask from taxpayers.
The city’s school board last night approved two questions for the spring ballot. One is a four million-dollar request to hire school counselors and social workers. The other question asks taxpayers for 148 million-dollars to build a new school and improve the district’s existing buildings. Voters in Wausau rejected the questions back in the fall.
