The second person from Wisconsin identified and charged as part of this month’s chaos at the Wisconsin Capitol is from West Allis.
Federal prosecutors are pushing ahead with charges against 42-year-old David Mish Jr. for being inside the Capitol building. Mish called D.C. Police to say he witnessed the shooting of the woman who died in the chaos. He also says he tried to tell others not to damage the Capitol building.
An Eau Claire man is also facing charges for being in the Capitol.
