Jacob Blake says he couldn’t believe the Kenosha officer who shot him actually pulled the trigger.
Blake sat down for an interview with Good Morning America, which aired this morning. Yesterday, ABC released snippets of the interview. Blake says he thought the officer was firing another taser and was surprised when he was shot seven times. None of the preview clips shows if Blake was asked why he didn’t just comply with officers back on that day in August.
Prosecutors in Kenosha last week said they are not charging anyone involved in Blake’s shooting because Blake fought with officers and tried to stab one of them before being shot.
