A Green Bay man is facing multiple charges after a crash damaged utility equipment and shut off power to thousands of WPS customers.
Police say Wallace Bowers was arrested following the crash this morning that brought down power lines at East Mason and Bader Street. Records show this is Bowers’ 16th arrest for Operating While Intoxicated.
