45 year old Jammie Allen Cutting, from Colfax, has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense, with three children in the vehicle under the age of 16.
It was on Tuesday, January 6th, at approximately 6:55 p.m., a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped a vehicle for speeding on STH 40 north of 730th Avenue in Dunn County. The driver, Jammie Allen Cutting, showed signs of impairment. A subsequent investigation, including standardized field sobriety testing, showed that Mr. Cutting was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Mr. Cutting was arrested and transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary chemical test of his blood.
Cutting is being charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance 4th offense, possession of THC, operating while revoked 2nd offense, obstructing, and speeding. There were three children and another adult in the vehicle.
