A 26-year-old Chippewa Falls resident is set to become the youngest member of the city’s council.
The Chippewa Herald reports Hayden Frey filed nomination papers for a vacant 5th Ward Council seat – the East Hill neighborhood. Frey told the Herald no one else was running, so he decided to step in.
