Wisconsin is falling behind other Midwestern states when it comes to the coronavirus vaccine.
New numbers from the state’s Department of Health Services show that less than a third of the doses sent to Wisconsin have been used. Wisconsin has been allocated 266-thousand-675 doses, as of yesterday only 85-thousand-609 had been administered.
Governor Evers says people need to be patient as he doesn’t want people flooding hospitals and doctors offices to get the vaccine. Republican lawmakers in Madison say the governor is failing, and it is getting dangerously close to another disaster for the state.
