President Trump’s lawyers are trying one more time to get Wisconsin’s election results tossed out.
The president’s campaign yesterday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to take up the case. The president’s lawyers say the Wisconsin Supreme Court didn’t rule on the merits of their original lawsuit, namely that state and local election managers ignored state law back in November.
The president is again asking for indefinitely confined votes, those absentee ballots collected in a Madison park, and thousands of incomplete ballots in Milwaukee and Dane counties to be tossed out.
