There is one big asterisk in the Department of Natural Resources latest suggestion for Wisconsin. There’s not a lot of snow.
DNR yesterday released its annual winter fun guide. The state is suggesting that people head outdoors for some fun this holiday season, but the lack of snow means some of those suggestions can’t happen. DNR says snowmobiling is popular this time of year, but most of the state doesn’t have enough snow to make that work. Same thing for DNR’s suggestion to go skiing.
